David Allcock is a City and Guilds trained and qualified Engineer and has worked on all forms of transport from tanks to taxies and bicycles to boats and everything in between.
Because there is a requirement to service gas and electrical equipment in leisure vehicles David has the necessary qualification in gas and electric to ensure the work carried out meets all of the industry standards.
Based in Market Drayton, Man-2-Van will travel within a 40 mile radius, see map, to service or repair your leisure vehicle. However, on many occasions I have travelled beyond this to help people out. On these occasions, an arrangement to cover the extra travel cost had been negotiated keeping everybody happy. It is always worth a phone call, if David cannot help, he may probably find an Engineer close to you, using his links to the MCEA, which has a network of engineers through out the country. www.mcea.co.uk

Legislation does not require caravan engineers to have any specific qualifications, basically anybody can do the job! At Man -2- Van I think this is a risky situation and would only recommend that servicing and repairs are carried out by properly trained engineers. Carbon Monoxide is a killer, so always have it checked by a professional.
